So you have been through a few training programs and are looking for that extra something to keep your improvement curve moving in the right direction? Or perhaps you are in a situation that does not allow you to join our group running but would still like help with your training. Are you tired of trying to piece together the latest running magazine article and what you recently read online to meet your needs? Do you wonder what you can apply from what the world’s best runners do to your training? Are you wondering if all the time and effort you are pouring into your running is being maximized? Private coaching may be the answer for you.

While we try to individualize our training programs as needed, we are not able to meet with everyone in a one on one situation and give you the undivided attention that you will get with private coaching. This format allows for a unique training plan to be written matching your own current fitness level, training situation, and goals. This consultation is done on an hourly as needed basis. Maybe you simply need to have your current program evaluated and fine-tuned. Or you may desire frequent input and feedback to keep your running on track. With private coaching you determine how much or how little you need.

As a member of the Athletic Annex Running Club you will receive a 50% discount off the standard rate of $50/HR.

Mizuno/Spring Mini-Marathon Training Program

Please join us for 18-24 weeks of training for the fall distance race of your choice. The Athletic Annex Training Program is designed to meet your needs.
