Just to remind you that this coming Sat. is another Tri at the park so we will be meeting at the playground. Also the 71st gate may be easier to enter.
Your Coach is planning on making his Tri debute there so be sure to cheer him on!
To all of you who ran the Personal Best 5 mile this past Sat., great job! We were represented very well in our presence and results!
5 miles wasn't enough for Amy, Liz & Tom. They did the Howl at the Moon 8 HOUR race this past Sat. Amy & Tom both did 40 miles and Liz, the first timer, did 33 miles. They finished 26th, 28th & 88th out of 256 finishers!
