Monon Madness VII

You are cordially invited to…

“Monon Madness VII”

What: “Monon Madness” is a training run great for marathon & half

marathon race rehearsal, training long run, goal pace run or simply

joining others for a few social miles. You can run 1M or 20M (you

could even add more if you must).

When: Sunday, September 20, 2009

Entry Fee is a minimum $10 donation for “Team Uganda”.

100% of the donations go to further their mission (see page 2 for

more information on “Team Uganda”).

Registration begins at 6:45am and closes at 7:20am.

Course directions and other instructions will be given at registration.

Start time is 7:30am.

Finish time depends on you (We will go home at 12:00pm).

Where: 86th Street and the Monon Trail

Why: For some, just another run. For others this will be the last finishing

touch on their marathon or half marathon preparation. This will be

a great way to support “Team Uganda”.

How: One step at a time, one mile at a time.

Highlights: Flat and fast (other than the hills I have added) course marked

every mile. Scenic path cuts though the heart of north central

Indianapolis and includes the Monon, but does not stay there. Door

prizes of great value (and some of questionable value) will be

given. Aid stations every 4 miles with water, Gatorade, and energy

gel and recovery area at the end. All the cool people will be there!

Questions: Call Matt Ebersole at (317) 872-0000.

Please! Show up early and follow directions!

Volunteers: Are always needed!
